Quintessential Innovative Engineering (QIE) is a St. Louis–based engineering partner focused on automation, validation, and manufacturing excellence in regulated environments.

With over 6 years of experience in mechanical engineering, controls, and validation, QIE brings hands-on knowledge from GMP labs, filling lines, and high-stakes production environments. That means you’re not explaining the basics—we already speak your language: PLCs, IQ/OQ/PQ, deviations, CAPAs, and audits.

Quintessential Innovative Engineering is owned and operated by Francois Perry, a mechanical engineer with background in PLC-based control systems, equipment and facility validation, and root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
